- This package is applicable on cooking appliances only for servicing the cooking appliance on periodic basis.

- This package includes all services at free of cost during the lifetime of the appliance or at least upto 10 years free service in case the appliance needs to be changed.

- In case the appliance is changed during service assurance period, the new appliance shall be registered by us

- We shall provide/ change the gas rubber hose pipe (ISI mark gas company approved upto 1.5 mtrs) once in every two years free of cost.

- We shall undertake one preventive maintenance once in every year in the same month as service booked or as per customer preference upto free 10 services.

- If more than 10 services required or any part to be changed for the same appliance due to customer's requirement or burner conversion etc. the visit charge shall be free of cost. However extra work, if any done shall be payable as per rate card.
